This prize is awarded by the Czech Ministry of Education to the absolute winner - with the highest number of points - in the memory of the founder of Concertino Praga Special prize for the candidates from the Czech Republic (awarded by The Foundation of Zdeňka Podhajská): public performance on December 3, 2003 within the cycle "Music under Petřín" under the auspices of Radio Free Europe. Prize winners who were awarded the 1st and 2nd prizes would become the "Laureates of Concertino Praga" and they are obliged to defend this title at the concert of winners on June 19, 2004 in Prague and at the other public performances within The South Bohemian Festival of Concertino Praga in June 2004.
